That's enough time to do quite a lot of work, which you then lose access to (more or less) when MS Office is locked. (In the trial period you can bypass the product key dialog. It's also free to download, and in most cases it works for 60 days before it's locked. If your laptop is like most laptops these days, MS Office trial came "free" preinstalled. Split from the tutorial, moved to beginners. When i went to get on Microsoft Office 2007, it asked for a product key when it was already up there without a disc. It works correctly in all respects - as do the Office 2007 installations on all my other Windows 10 computers. I installed Office 2007 on a new Windows 10 computer last October and it activated without any issues or any need to call MS. ![]()
